Kendra & Uvalde : A Gulfport Engagement Session

Oh my gosh, I don’t even know where to begin with this one…..Oy! Kendra is one of my very best friends and words can not describe how excited and happy I am for her to marry her fiance Uvalde in just a few short months! If you know anything about me you know that I have a strict rule: no one cries in my presence alone! I very well may have a meltdown at this wedding, especially if other people start crying as well!!

Anyway, I was so thrilled to spend the day with these two to photograph their engagement session in Mississippi. I love yall, Kendra & Uvalde and I can not wait to photograph yall tying the knot!! Enjoy! click here to view full post »

Ashley + Mike : A New Orleans Engagement

In just two short months Ashley and Mike will be tying the knot! It’s amazing how quickly time flies by, especially when you’re engaged! I’m sooooo looking forward to Ashley and Mike’s wedding, I’m actually getting goosebumps thinking about it! As locals who have relocated to out of state, I know they’re going to really cherish the engagement photos we were able to take in their home town New Orleans! Enjoy!

Katie + Stephen : A New Orleans Wedding : Part 1

Earlier this year I had the honor of photographing the incredibly epic wedding of Katie and Stephen! The Bride and her bridesmaids got ready at the gorgeous La Pavillon Hotel, while the guys got ready at the Pere Marquette Hotel. I had a hard time picking my favorites so I went ahead and decided to break this wedding up into three parts! Stay tuned for Parts 2 & 3!

Courtney : A New Orleans Bridal Session

Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of photographing Courtney’s bridal portraits. Courtney is such a gorgeous and sweet girl and of course I was very much looking forward to photographing her! In addition to that, while we were brainstorming location spots, Courtney mentioned that she had a unique idea. A family friend of hers owns a Steamboat Pilothouse, also known locally as a Riverboat Pilothouse. There are only two of these houses in New Orleans, which were built in the early 1900′s and are both Historic Landmarks. (You can read more about these historic homes by clicking: here) Anywho, it was incredible to be able to photograph the beautiful Courtney in this very unique location! As you can see, Courtney made a stunning bride and I’d like to thank her for allowing me to photograph her as the gorgeous bride that she is!!! Enjoy! click here to view full post »
